My wife and I really enjoyed being there. The double room in good condition had basic facilities you need. The staff was very nice plus the location was good. I dined out at Fishbones, set close to the hotel.

I had a pleasant stay at Palms. The location is super convenient for public transport, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. I appreciated the comfortable bed and the room's amenities, like the clean bathroom, complimentary tea and coffee, and good air conditioning. The low traffic noise was a bonus, allowing me to relax without disturbances. Plus, there are plenty of great dining options close by, which added to my overall experience.
Was all great, except for the billing issue.

The location of the hotel in Sydney is easy and magnificent, close enough to Qudos Bank Arena and the airport straight after the concert and the Sydney Olympic park. All the rooms are beautifully maintained and well stocked in good condition and the staff is efficient.

I recently stayed for two nights at a hotel in the area for a family getaway. The location was fantastic, close to all the attractions we wanted to visit. Our rooms were clean and equipped with a TV, air conditioning, and a mini fridge.
I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I had a decent stay with a comfortable bed and a fridge in the room, making it a good value for my money. The staff were polite and helped me navigate through check-in, even though there were a few hiccups.
Breakfast option could really use some fresh fruit varieties.
